Initially, filling out the
Information form is the best way to contact me with
the details of your event, although you may certainly
contact me by phone or alternative e-mail. After I receive
all the necessary information, I can then prepare a
quote tailored specifically to your affair. I will also
provide a breakdown of the quote to be positive that
you understand it completely. As it is important to
me to have personal communication with my clients to
insure that I understand the full scope of their needs,
I will attempt to contact you by phone with this information.

| Once all of the details
have been discussed, I will send a contract to
the email address provided. Upon receipt of the
contract, you should review it, add any additional
details or changes, and sign in the space provided.
The original copy of the signed contract should
be returned to me by mail. Please make a copy
of the contract for your files. A deposit of $50
will be required for all events. A check or money
order for this amount should accompany the contract.
Your date will not be officially reserved until
I receive the signed contract and deposit. The
balance of the fee is to be paid at the time of
service by cash, check or money order. |
