Taylor is a Tampa native and has been performing professionally all around Florida for over 20 years. She began studying harp privately in 1985 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from Florida State University.
Her freelance experience is extensive and includes weddings, private parties, bridal and baby showers, business functions, religious services, and many other special events. She even appeared on the Mike Calta Show on Tampa radio station 102.5 The Bone for their in-studio Christmas Party. She is well known not only for her performance abilities, but also for her promptness, professionalism and elegant appearance.
Taylor is also an accomplished classical musician. Over the years she has performed with numerous orchestras, both university and professional. In addition, she has great experience performing with and accompanying choir groups for all kinds of services and special events.
The instrument she uses is a Concert Grande Harp, the largest type of harp on the market. It was made by American company Lyon & Healy in Chicago, IL. The stunning instrument is made from blonde maple wood and is entirely hand-carved and constructed. It's striking presence is an asset to any space it occupies
